Largely I think based on this theory. Imperialism by other means, can't wait for every relative of someone killed by US or US trained or backed forces (eg. Israel)...
Has this lawyer acted for parties aggrieved by US or Israeli violence? Quite a market there, millions of clients...
Given that the judge was so high on Iran providing evidence and proving its point, I wonder if the judge required the same burden of proof for the plaintiff regarding their claim of "Iranian training and financing" of Hamas.
